CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

75% Refund: If the event is cancelled due to natural calamities or any government regulations.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to: rac2025delhi@gmail.com
75% Refund: For cancellation requests received on or before September 30, 2025.
50% Refund: For cancellation requests received between October 1 and October 31, 2025.
No Refund: For cancellation requests received on or after November 1, 2025.

Note: Refunds will be processed 30 days after the conclusion of the conference. Please note that any bank transfer fees or remittance charges associated with the refund will be deducted from the refundable amount. Bank charges and GST will not be refunded.

TERMS AND CONDITION

Registrations are non-transferable.
Accompanying persons will not receive certificates.
